Houston is big

We spent a solid 12 hours in Houston. Zach treated us to delicious Tex-Mex take out from 100% Taquito, which got its start as a school project at University of Houston to recreate the experience of eating in the streets of Mexico City. Good grub. It was great to finally see a familiar face on this journey and to stay in the comforts of a friend's home. Being a Sunday we did not saddle up at the famed Armadillo, but Zach reports it is still going strong. After a leisurely morning we tackled the 6-lane highways of Houston and headed off to Austin. By the way Houston has no less than 4 distinct "downtown" skylines.
